Overview

In today's economy, inflation is hitting everyone hard, including your tires. You look at your vehicle and see a monster truck, but your heart desires a low-slung street machine with aggressive camber. Suspension modifications usually cost thousands of dollars and require complex installation procedures that take entire weekends. You shouldn't have to mortgage your house just to get your frame rails closer to the pavement where they belong. The industry wants you to buy springs, but we know that air management is the real secret to a proper stance.

The KaleCoAuto Lowering Kit is the definitive answer to the age-old question of how to get low for cheap. We have precision-engineered these distinct metal shafts to interface directly with your tire's air retention system. Unlike other kits that require jacks and wrenches, our solution utilizes the weight of the vehicle itself to install the components. Whether you choose the stealthy black or the flashy gold finish, these units are designed to liberate the pressurized air holding your car up. It is a subtractive manufacturing process that guarantees results you can see on your dashboard.

Smart tuners understand that ride quality is a small price to pay for aesthetic perfection. By choosing this lowering kit, you are signaling to the world that you understand the fundamental physics of air pressure and gravity. You aren't just lowering your car; you are making a statement about the impermanence of mobility. Join the elite ranks of enthusiasts who have "accidentally" discovered this modification on construction sites everywhere, but do it with the intentionality of a true professional.

Application

This product is universally compatible with all street, track, and off-road tires that rely on outdated air pressure technology. It is particularly effective on fresh rubber where the contrast between a new tire and a flat tire is most poignant for onlookers. Ideal for car show setups where you want the rim to touch the fender, or for validating that your Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) is functioning correctly. Please note that this kit is not compatible with run-flat tires, as they lack the decency to collapse properly when compromised. Requires use of our Heavy Duty Tire Beads.

RTFM - Read The Flippin' Manual

🔧 TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: Severe tire damage warning if installed correctly!

Step 1: Diagnostics Verify your instrument cluster is boring and dark.

  • No amber lights on the dashboard.
  • Vehicle ride height allows cats to sleep comfortably underneath.
  • TPMS sensors are currently dormant and lazy.

Step 2: Surface Preparation Locate a pristine section of the tire tread or sidewall that looks like it has too much structural integrity remaining.

Step 3: Installation Place the Lowering Kit unit directly in the path of the tire or manually insert it using a standard hammer.

Step 4: Verification Drive forward slowly until you hear a hiss, followed immediately by the illumination of the Tire Pressure Warning Light on your dash.

Fail: The dashboard remains dark and the car remains drivable. Action: Apply more force or visit a local construction site.

Pass: The TPMS light illuminates, and the vehicle settles firmly onto the wheel rim.

⚠️ SAFETY NOTICE: Please follow all safety protocols outlined in Bulletins 404, 418. Ensure vehicle is in Park and engine is Off unless you enjoy excitement and hate your fingers. Note: These instructions are proprietary to KaleCoAuto; applying them to generic products may result in catastrophic failure.

FAQ

Will this kit cause my Tire Pressure Warning Light to come on?

Yes, that is the "Active Confirmation" feature letting you know it's working.

Will this trigger a TPMS Sensor Fault code?

Yes, it will confuse your computer into a state of permanent panic. (Not kernel panic, unless you've been eating a lot of popcorn.)

Can I drive normally after installing this kit?

That's an excellent question. Could you drive before you installed this kit? If so, yes, but, you shouldn't.

How long does the installation take to finish?

It takes approximately one second per corner to install. Unless you attempt to install in a semi-truck tire, then you have to take the hospital stay into account.

Is the ride quality affected by this modification?

You will feel every pebble on the road immediately, if you're not smart enough to stay parked.

What finishes are these available in?

These are available in Gold-Look, Black Oxide, and Bare Metal.

Disclaimer

KaleCoAuto is not responsible for tow truck fees incurred. The illuminated TPMS light is a feature, not a bug. Using this product on a friend's car is vandalism. Do not swallow the lowering kit components. Side effects include ruined weekends and rim damage. May cause extreme vibration if not removed immediately. Note vehicle clearance when crossing speed bumps to avoid scraping low hanging Brass Balls.

Definition

The Lowering Kit
noun | /ðə loʊ.ər.ɪŋ kɪt/

A pointed metal device designed to rapidly release internal tire pressure. A sarcastic solution to automotive suspension tuning that relies on puncturing the tire carcass, often resulting in a persistent dashboard warning light. Nailed it!

History

The History: In the early days of the automobile, the stray nail was the nemesis of the motorist, a chaotic agent of delay. Blacksmiths would carelessly drop these primitive lowering kits on cobblestone streets, causing the first instances of "stance" known to man. For decades, this was viewed as a failure of maintenance rather than a stylistic choice. It was a crude time when air inside the tire was considered essential for travel.

Modern Day: Today, the shadetree mechanic recognizes that a lower center of gravity improves handling, theoretically speaking. The "found" lowering kit has become a staple of urban driving, often acquired freely near renovation projects. Enthusiasts spend thousands on bags and coils, ignoring the abundant supply of sharp metal objects available for free. It is a grassroots movement of unintentional suspension modification.

The Legacy: KaleCoAuto has formalized this accidental phenomenon into a premium product line for the discerning masochist. We took the humble roofing nail and elevated it to a precision tuning instrument, giving you the control to ruin your tires on your own terms. By packaging these items in a custom holder, we have legitimized the art of the blowout. We didn't invent the flat tire, but we certainly perfected the delivery method.
